Is everything crafted by hand?
Certainly, everything is crafted by hand in a separate, sterilized business location.
Are your products vegan?
Certainly! All our ingredients are 100% vegan, ensuring no animal-derived components are used.
Are any of your products safe for consumption?
While our lip glosses, lip oils, and lip scrubs are formulated to be edible, we do not recommend consuming them.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Typically, all our products have a shelf life of 12 months after being opened.
*Body butters have a shelf life of up to 12-24 months. Beyond this period, shea butter can undergo deterioration, resulting in a loss of its vitamin content. Although it can still be used for moisturizing, the full benefits of the vitamin content may diminish.
Do your products contain nuts?
Certainly, the majority of our products include ingredients such as coconut oil and sweet almond oil. For more detailed information, please refer to our ingredients list.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?
All orders are dispatched to our carrier partners within 1 to 7 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday.
How does order processing time differ from shipping time?
Order processing time refers to the duration required to pack your order along with a batch of other orders. On the other hand, shipping time is the duration taken by the carrier to deliver your items.
The shipping information indicates "pre-shipment".
When your order is in the pre-shipment stage, it signifies that it has been packed, and a shipping number has been provided, but the item hasn't been received by the Carrier yet.
Is it possible to track my orders?
Certainly! Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
How do I update my address after placing an order?
Feel free to promptly contact customer service at INFO.THEGLOSSYSTUDIO@GMAIL.COM with your order number, name, and the accurate address before your order is shipped out.
My order is marked as delivered but has not arrived. What steps should I take?
At times, delivery partners may scan items as delivered to fulfill their daily obligations and postpone actual delivery until the next business day. I suggest waiting an additional 2 business days, and if the package still hasn't arrived, you can proceed to file a claim with Carrier.
My package sustained damage during transit. Can you process a refund for me?
Regrettably, we are not liable for damage that occurs during transit. Once orders depart from our headquarters, they fall under the responsibility of our carrier partners. Any customer reporting damage will need to file a damage claim directly with our carrier partners.
What occurs if my order is returned to the sender?
Undeliverable packages and incomplete or inaccurate mailing addresses are not our responsibility. Due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, a refusal to accept it, or a botched delivery, your shipment may be returned to us unopened. In this case, we will execute a refund within 14 days, less the cost of shipping and a $5 restocking fee. Please give reversing payments 14 days. If the returned package has been opened, we will not reship it or issue a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide shipping to nearly 30 countries.
The product received has a color that differs from the one shown on the website.
The actual colors of the products may vary slightly from the ones depicted on the website due to factors such as lighting, screen calibration, and manufacturing processes. While we strive to accurately represent our products through images, please note that variations in physical colors can occur. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
My body butter melted. Can I still use it, and what should I do?
Absolutely! Body butters remain usable after melting. While the color and whip pattern may change, you can restore it by freezing for 5-10 minutes.
How do I apply solid perfume?
Rub your finger over the solid perfume until it melts and transforms onto your fingertip. Glide in a circular motion onto your wrists, neck, or any other area, and repeat as preferred.
Is it safe to be exposed to the sun after putting on solid perfume?
As the solid perfume is crafted from beeswax and doesn’t contain any alcohol, it is completely safe to venture out in the sun post-application.
The lip gloss/oil does not appear to be completely filled.
Lip Gloss/Lip Oil will be displaced and a void will be seen when the wand is removed from the tube. They may not appear full as a result of this. Prior to shipping, we weigh each product in its package.
What is the proper care routine for my jelly soaps?
Jelly soaps are a distinctive soap variety that demands some specific care. The key consideration is to keep them dry, as exposure to water can lead to deterioration or loss of their original shape. Refrigeration is not necessary; they can be stored at room temperature. When using jelly soaps, handle them gently to prevent breakage, as they are delicate. Adhering to these straightforward guidelines will help preserve the integrity of your jelly soaps and extend their longevity.

How many nails are included in a set?
Each handmade set consists of 10 nails.
I couldn't find some of the items I was looking for on your website. Have they been discontinued?
Typically, when a product is out of stock, I temporarily remove it from the site until it becomes available again. It's only hidden during the restocking period.
